The move & the drama

Okay so there's a lot. But I need make this one thing clear. I do appreciate working for this company and the staff. That being said these are the reasons I moved....

1. Lack of management

2. Drugs being done in the shop

3. Inconsiderate of coworkers

4. The shit talk was insane

5. Backstabbing was insane

6. I was getting paid the exact same thing as rookies when it came down to percentages.

7. Inconsiderate for clients

8. The drama in the shop in between coworkers

9. Taking supplies without letting people know

10. Not replacing the supplies when they were taken

11. Shops lack of supplies

12. Nobody answering the phone

13. Spam calls were insane

14. Overpricing the tattoos for new clients from the rookies

15. My personal favorite. Hiring somebody into the shop that disrespects one person in particular.

16. Firing a person for lack of good reason and replacing them with a woman abuser.

17. Hiring a woman abuser

18. Lack of communication

19. Lack of camaraderie or teamwork

Unfortunately at this time I can't think of anything else but I know there's more LOL.

But I need to reiterate this I really don't have a problem with the staff or the owners. Sometimes you end up with a situation you don't know how to deal with. Or a tough decision to make. I have respect for these people so I am not pointing fingers or placing blame anywhere. It's a tough thing being a boss or a manager. It's hard being a father/ family man to make the best decision for your family in situations such as this and I get it.

That being said I I am focused on my family and I'm making sure that I don't make any bad decisions or react in poor emotions that can lead me into losing everything.

If you want more details you will definitely have to come to the shop and get tattooed because this is as far as it's going to go when it comes to the gossip that's online
